Community/Covenant Enforcement is $110 Annual and includes the Club House, Community Center, Dining, Fitness Center, Golf Course, Hiking or Biking Trails, Parks or Open Spaces, Playground Areas, Pool, Shops, and Tennis Courts.

Meridian Metro District is $160 Monthly and includes 5,000 gallons of water, water resource fee, water use fee, sewer recreation, and street lighting.
